You need to choose the account type as “Personal Online Banking” to access your Hancock banking account.
- Go to the official site i.e. hancockbank.com
- Here, from the right side of the page, select your account type first then enter your username.
- Click on View your account.
How to enroll
For the business account online banking, things are pretty different in hancock online banking enrollment process. Here, you need to fill up the form, print it and fax it to the authorized user. However, for the personal account, it’s simple and here are the steps to follow:
- Go to the Hancock bank login page.
- Here, make sure you select the account type as “Personal online banking” and click on the “enroll now” link, located just below the login box.
- Now, you need to provide your personal banking information. So, enter your social security number, date of birth, and account number. And enter your ATM/Debit card number and amount of one of your last 10 Transactions as well.
- Once you complete the form, click on “Continue”
Reset Hancock Online Password
- Go to the Hancock login page.
- Click on the trouble logging in the link from the login box.
- Now choose your issue. And in this case, choose “I forgot my password”.
- Enter your email address or username in the blank field and click on Continue.
- Now, you’ll be sent an email with the reset link. Click on that and choose the new password for our account.
Note:
If you enter the right username and password but still you cannot access your account, then choose the second option “I think my account is locked”. Enter your username or email address and click on continue.
Now you’ll receive an email with the instructions to reactivate your account.
